Have you read Dr. Graham's book? If you are using oil and avocado, you are probably getting too much fat. 80/10/10 does not use oils at all, not even olive oil, and if you are trying to keep fat to less than 10% of calories, avocados will push you over the edge unless you are eating, like, an eighth of one per day. If you are feeling tired and losing too much weight, you might not be getting enough calories and need to up the carbs. It's incredibly easy to under-eat on 80/10/10. The fruits and greens are bulky and so you feel satisfied/full. There is a great online tool, NutriDiary, that gives you nifty little pie-charts showing the nutrient breakdown of individual foods, meals, or whole days. The first time I used it to check my diet, I found that my percentages were spot on, but I was only eating about half the number of total calories I needed. What a surprise! There may be other issues going on for you, but this is a good place to start trouble-shooting your diet.
