I just finished reading "The 80/10/10 Diet" and have not yet started the diet yet because I can't find everything on the menu plans in the grocery stores in my area. I'm sure it would be fine to substitute other raw foods with the ones I can't find but which ones? For example, if I can't find papaya I will need to substitute it with a fruit that has roughly the same carbs, protein and fat but I don't which fruits those are. So my question is, is there a list of fruits with their carbs, protein and fat content where I can compare which one's are similar enough to each other?
