I've been vegan a long time, but I'm trying to cut down on the prepared/processed stuff. Cooking from scratch is not working; who has time? raw sounds like a very practical alternative for someone who eats most of her meals while driving. Now for the details: what do I use for protein, besides peanut butter sandwiches? I'm hitting middle age and also want to keep the calories down, which means going easy on peanut butter and the like. the obvious veggies would be carrots, cukes, broccoli...anything else that lends itself to being carted around in ziplock baggies? DO you plan specific meals, or just kind of munch through the day? Reply To This Post Return to Posts Index VegSource Home
