I am new to eating raw. I understand that there is protein in fruits and vegetables but I want to be sure that by eating a variety of these I will be getting all the essential amino acids since plant proteins are incomplete proteins (lacking at least one amino acid). Can anyone tell me where I can get this info? Thanks Jeanne
