Now that the temps are dropping, I know I can't be the only raw foodie out there who's cold. Here's a couple of things I've done to help myself that will hopefully help some of you. Ginger in my carrot juice One of the things I've noticed in my books, is some of them are specific, and some say to taste (for the cayenne). Try upping it to what you can handle, and feel your body start to warm up. Those olives really do the trick in salads, on pizza, and so much more! Hope this helps anyone who may need it! Sammi
