Anyhow. I made what I think I've found to be the most simple recipe in the book. The recipe for ice cream with the frozen bananas. Goodness! Too bad summer's over. It was so smooth and creamy and just delish! I don't have a Champion juicer, so I just did it in my food processor. It worked like a charm! And I have a cheapo food processor! So, if you haven't tried the recipe for the ice cream, I highly recommend it. Hurry and try it now, before the temperatures get too cold to venture there! I think I might try to make a chocolate or strawberry variation of it next.
