I just wanted to share my experience with Alissa Cohen's Book and DVD called "Living on Live Food" with any newbies (like myself) to the raw food diet. I've been doing alot of research on raw food through forums like these and really wanted a simple way to guide me through starting a raw food diet. I found it in Alissa's book. Living on Live Food has been a wonderful guidebook for me; Alissa offers really simple and delicious recipes. I am on my way to getting my dehydrator to start those types of recipes but I really enjoyed all of her basic recipes that call for using basic appliances I already had. My favorite recipes include her nori rolls and fudge balls. I'm totally not craving sushi or sweets like I used to! Has anyone else gotten her book and dvd? Curiously yours, |
