Hi

Im sorry for the bad experience that you had eating rawfoods.

Im underweight and has a sensitive gut too, but I eat a whole lot of rawfoods because it makes me feel great.
I think that eating nuts for you might have been more that you colon could deal with, specialy the "skin" on the nuts can be really irritating for you stomac.
I would never dream about eating broccoli or any cabbage raw (only fermentet), I know that would upset my colon beyond belive.
Food allergies/intolerances might be a issue too. Ex.I get colon cramps from eating tomatoes, you might have a problem with certain foods too.
Fats you can get from linseed oil, olive oil, avokado a.s.o. and can be eaten with other foods.

Food combining might be a good thing for you to do too. ex. only carbs with greens, protein with greens a.s.o. no combinging carbs with protein and eating fruits by them self.

People with sensitve gut can have big problems wiht dried fruits, so it is wise of you to stay away from them ;-)

And since your gut is so damaged I would surgest that you eat some suppliments; Probiotics, enzymes and maby some vits. and mine. too, specialy vit. B´s.

Your new diet dont sounds that bad anyway :-) , but you should eat some more good fats thoug (linsed oil, olive oil a.s.o.) when your enzyme production is in balance you will have no problems digesting fats. Try looking it up on the internet :-)
