Hi all! I think the recipe I'm looking for came from Fuhrman's Eat to Live book - which is in my house SOMEWHERE, but I cannot find it right now for the life of me! Anyway, I believe he had a recipe for a smoothie that had kale in it. I bought this batch of kale fully expecting to come home - open his book - and make the smoothie, BUT I can't find the book. Does anyone have the ingredients to that smoothie? TIA!
