Thanks, Richard, I can already feel the energy flowing! My son, Vince, was especially impressed when he learned that you have a background as a pro ball player. We've always encouraged the kids to focus on recreational activities while their bodies are still developing and wait until they're older to pursue competitive sports, so Vince is somewhat behind his peers in this department.

What impressed me most about F.I.T is that it's set in the great outdoors using nature's equipment. Hanging from trees is our kind of fun!! ;-) Family Inventive Training, eh?
