Yes be ready for success! Yeah....my low impact/high intensity, gymless "F.I.T workout System" is based on years of experience as a pro rugby player and an active fruitarian, basically I've learnt the hard way what NOT to do, it is very personal to the needs of each individual because no two bodies/minds react in the same way to intence activity. It's nothing new or ground breaking, after all, exercise is exercise and nobody owns the rights to it but what it does do is incorporate the things you love doing into your daily life in a way that promotes longevity with high performance.
