Thank you, Autumn, for all the kindness and sweetness. Well, I am really aware of YOU now and I am so happy to know you. I will be happy to stay tuned in to you. I often think of Arnold Ehret's words about this whole process: "Remember that you are on Nature's operating table." Yeah, our bodies go through some awesome and fascinating changes when we are eating clean and light, on the fruit. Hang in there and I will look for your future writings and experiences.
