Hey Jules,

Thank you for all the kind words & helping me out so much! I'll check around for anything overt in there, now that it's not so painful & I can actually open my mouth..yay! But it also could just be plain bacteria sludge that built up.

I could even.... always have a low level infection in there. That is quite possible. There is a whole area behind that tooth & between the gum it's up against, that probably always traps bacteria like crazy. It's nothing nasty or anything, just crazy.

But yeah, otherwise, I couldn't believe all that bile I threw up when fasting! Shelton's book says that happens when one's body is in a particularly foul condition. And I never lived the standard american diet lifestyle, in the least, but cooked ... yeah .... and it's amazing to see how sick that has made me.

It's true...even a pretty darn "pure", cooked, garden food, diet has been soooo detrimental .... I probably have no idea!

And yeah, I wouldn't mind doing something more juicier then smoothed bananas (or the other extreme of just water), but when I blend stuff like watermelon in the blender or juice oranges it's still too chunky & I can't keep myself from chewing it. I had tried a several bites, before passing it all on to DH.

Even sucking down that very smooth banana smoothie the other day.... it was strange not to be processing it in my mouth a little with saliva, ya know. Anyway, so far, banana seems to be the only thing I can get to be smooth enough. But I'll keep working on that & see if I can't get something lighter going on, I don't want to slow the healing too much. I think I won't eat again till Monday though. Also I don't have a regular juicer...otherwise that cucumber tomato combination sounds divine!

As far as the tooth, it'd be cool if I got to keep it & everything stayed perfect with it, but it looks like it's taken on a grayish tint.... It could be dying? Still not going to a dentist any time soon though.

Ha Ha I'm crazy & I've gotten this.... possibly even more fanatical.... idea in my head (but got it from reading about other people's experiences).... that if my body doesn't want the tooth it will die and come out on it's own.

I'm thinkin that staying low-fat, high fruit & raw will give my body the chance to do what it wants to do in a proper unhindered way. I'm certainly never going to stick another drop of cooked food into my mouth....not after this kind of suffering, that would just be insane.

But if I ever have money I'm not above getting it checked out by a dentist. Although I'd most certainly first spend money on a consult with Dr. D.

Thanks for checking in on me Darling(s)!

I may check in here later today too, gotta drive my DH somewheres so I'll be up puttering around again in several hours. Any other thoughts any of you might have are always appreciated! I still have some ways to go till this phase of craziness is over.

Oh and I just have to mention, off topic, that my skin is looking REALLY lovely. I can never remember my facial skin looking this good! I'm sure I'll go through more cleansing reactions, but for now I'm in tears of joy over how wonderful it is to have perfectly clear skin for the first time in my life!

Dr. D is my hero!

Love... right back at you Julie!
Autumn
