Great site Michael. I really like your philosophy. Thanks for offering to help us exercise newbies. I have a bunch of questions, so I'm sure I'll be emailing you pretty soon for your services. As a new 811rv, I've lost weight, which showed me my lack of muscle. So naturally I want to build up muscle mass, and get into some strength training routines. I feel like I'm floundering with what to do, and I want to start off right. I've been doing some yoga, treadmill and exercise ball stuff. I also bought a body fat scale.
I'm still reading archived messages that you've posted to others here, which I really appreciate your long and detailed answers.
