Hi all,

I been to Doug's farm/land couple of times. A real paradise!

I love those rolinas (similar to cherimoya) that grows on his farm.

Yes lot of fresh water waterholes there. You get great workout by
just walking up and down those hills/mountains.

The beach nearby is amazing. One of the best beach I ever been
to. The water temp is so perfect where you can just run into ocean
and just feel perfect temp, it is amazing. Unlike beaches in the
states where I have to get used to the cold water for a quite while
before getting used to it.

it will be awesome to have community of 811rv'ers down there.

The access to this farm is challenge this time. You could drive the
4x4 (4x4 is popular down there due to mountains) during the dry
season to his farm, but in rain season, it will be challenge and you
may have to walk or use horse to get there. Hopefully the govt will
build the road (asphalt or packed gravel) to make access to the
farm easier year round. It is about 2 hours walk uphill to his farm
from the main road. (Evalation changes from sea level to about
1500 to 2000 feet high)

Nice that you can be 100% independent while living in that place.

Again I am looking forward to see this happen!!!

Jamie
