Hi Julie,

Well despite sounding a bit angry (at society) & maybe worried... in my last post, this whole thing has been an awesome experience (And not to mention... despite all the freakin pain). And I have really been mostly feeling positive about everything, & grateful, & faithful about all this. I don't even know if I can put it into words (but I'd probably sound even crazier then usual if I tried).

This could still be far from over, but it's healing rapidly. I had to work for a a little over an hour yesterday (just couldn't get that hour covered) and that was really really hard (to say the least) having fasted since Tuesday. I also had to work for 2 1/2 hours today & so this morning I had 4 or 5 blended bananas to slow the full on cleansing. Also I would really like supervision with the whole fasting thing and have a heavy work week ahead too. I was really weak, of course, but gonna take it really easy with the food while I start re-feeding myself. If it weren't for work I'd be way tempted, & probably easily able to, keep fasting but I also seem to be digesting well. Although chewing is totally out of the question still....really wish I could keep fasting just because of that! But that short fast was fun & some very interesting good things happened (although throwing up bile for two hours (every 10 - 20 minutes) doesn't look good, my intuition was telling me it was good, looked it up the next day & found out it's a very good sign...so stuff like that)

So still feverish, but the main healing crisis symptoms are over I think. The pain is at 30% of what it was & I still have lots of swelling & a tickle in my ear, but much better now.

So back to bed with my eyes closed for another day or so.

Thanks for that website! I had faith I could fast a little... & that would be helpful, but learning from the site that I need to really keep my eyes closed made an new impression (although I was generally aware that hygienic fasting requires lots of rest) & that piece of info was key, me thinks.

Take Care
Much Love
Autumn
