I am willing to take on a full partner, too, if someone wants to invest in this project. A partner could likely pull all his/her money back out, eventually, through selling shares, and still have a share for himself.
The land is magnificent. Very hilly, tons of fruit already planted, beautiful waterfalls and swimming holes.
