I don't know the answer to your question, and I have often wondered.
I am still in the losing fat phase of 811 (it's been a little over two
months for me), and so I'm thinking that I am living off my body fat.
Thus I'm keeping overt fats really low (maybe half an avocado once a
week). But I have recently noticed lots of fungal skin spots cropping
up. It's not exactly candida, but it seems related to me.
