i guess at the moment he's not sure what to ask....i think he understands the basic premise of the lifestyle

being familiar with a buddhist meditation tradition he is very aware of the concept of addiction to sensation, and this should help with grasping the 'eating to live' concept over the 'eating for pleasure' paradigm

i guess as time goes on, he may know more what to ask you...i think for the moment, for him, it's just good to know that there are other folks 'out there' who actually live this way...sustainably....i'm the only person he knows who's ever mentioned the raw lifestyle to him....and i can't boast any 'real-world' experience

well..i think we both have to agree a starting date next week (when our respective supplies run out)...either thursday or friday

and i think it would be good to agree a trial period (30 days maybe) during which neither of us can back out....

well...'tis all good

again, i'm very grateful
