hey guys

i'm looking for someone who can speak spanish well enough to explain some of the fundamentals to a friend of mine

i am currently transitioning to 811rv...i currently eat fruit during the day, a salad in the evening with one cooked item (usually potatoes)...my overt fat level is low

i want to try to jump to 100% raw vegan 811 (2nd attempt) and one of my flatmates is very interested to try also

he is columbian and speaks only a little english....i have over the last few months managed to convince him of much of the logic behind a raw diet, but my spanish isn't good enough to explain some of the intricacies of 811

he is a vegetarian (not vegan), but eats very few dairy products and mainly eats whole foods, prepared at home (most would say he's a healthy vegetarian)

he has issues with salt (wayyyy too much)

anyway, i have managed to communicate the importance of correct food combining...i think he understands

his main worry is losing weight as he's already very thin...i'm trying to explain the need for lot's of calories but i'm failing

does anyone feel up to it???

i'll show him the forum, though he's not very net/computer-savvy......although he's fine with email

he's happy to jump in to it for a trial, but has a few questions ????...he doesn't need a full book translation, though as soon as a spanish version becomes available i'll push it his way
