I have a couple of questions for which I value Dr. Graham's scientific opinion. How does the body dispose of excess fat? What is the process? The reason I ask is that we know that when fat and sugars are eaten together, the sugar is held in the bloodstream longer than intended. If the body dissolves the excess fat in the system, does it dispose of it through the blood stream, and if so, doesn't this set up the same mechanism as eating fat would?
As I have done the 811 diet, I am still having limited success at holding candida type symptoms away, and I am wondering if this is why.
Thanks for any light you can shed on this. I have looked this up on the internet, but all the explanations are a little over my head.
