I think someone needs to talk with you off line to get some basic details (ie, size of property, location, etc) - I included my email because I am happy to take that on...

For some reason, I think your property is near the Gulf of Nicoya? Near Montezuma? Maybe I am just thinking about where you have your events...Anyway, this can be determined off line - and then myself and others can get together and start brainstorming ideas - and come back to you when we have something more tangible..

And thennnnn, we can see where this takes us all!!
