Hey apparently lots of people are interested in the 811 Intentional Community concept. My cousin and his wife (Steve and Ruth) are planning a similar IC in Georgia (more cooked and raw vegan though), of at least 100 acres. I would rather be in the tropics, or south Florida at the least. Regardless, they have created a very interesting "charter" or whatever you call it, and it is really quite a valuable thing to read. They are also open to new people, especially vegans or 811. I am trying to convert them slowly. They are listening and are very earth-friendly, etc... Anyway, I am going to send this document to those of you whose email I already have. This includes Joy, Eduardo, Joe J., Dragon, and Sophie. If you also want a copy please post your email for me... Let me know what you think of this document. It is a good blueprint for a similar venture.
