Glad you found the post helpful--sorry for the delay in this response.

Some days I spent a lot of time doing the long swing, up to an hour. Especially when done out in the open, it's a very meditative act. There were also many days when I only did somewhere between 100 to 500 swings, usually just before going to bed, and this was just as helpful.

I put up a chart near a large window at the front of my house, and whenever I'd go near it I'd relax and read through it. I never really spent much time here all at once or did much explicit "practice".

In addition to these things, I should say again that I really began to notice change when I altered my perception of sight to a passive process rather than an active one. Imagine seeing from a third eye in the center or back of your head, or check out the Youtube video in the link.
