I was in Shanghai in late 2006. It was winter there but still a breeze in eating 811. There were a lot of bananas, melon, apples, oranges, greens, tomatoes, celery, etc. They even had some durian but it looked a little old and it was expensive so I didn't buy it. I'm sure the food is not organic but it didn't make me feel bad or anything. I was buying food at a local grocery store nearby where I was staying.
