Veganitaliana in the above post has made a really good point. Society who has the highest calcium intake also(by chance?) have the highest chance of osteoporosis!
One of the main reason for calcium lost is because the body is acidic, calcium been a alkaline mineral is leech from the bones to neutralise the acid! Exercise promote strong bones!
Stress lifestyle create a acidic envrionment! Set aside 1/2hour of quite time and just lying on you back(sleep is okay) and release every muscle of your body.
As for the number its most likely to another over the top number to promote more consumption of certain nutrients! Get you bone density check now, then start living healthfully and compare the results
