Thanks for the encouragement!

Just to be clear, potatoes and chocolate are what need to be eliminated for me to be 100% raw. The chocolate is organic and vegan, not that it makes it much better. I'm shocked to learn that it may have strange, unlisted ingredients. That gives me a greater incentive to give it up. I have gone months of 100% raw in the past. I just found out about NH about 2 years ago. I have not really given 811 a real attempt. It sounds to be the best way to go. It also sounds like it could be a challenge. To be healthy is worth the effort. To be 811, I would also have to limit avocados and toss my occasional raw food bar made of nuts/fruit. There is too much fat in my diet at times. From what I have read, perhaps if I stop the fat, I will no longer want the unhealthy food. When I do eat potatoes or chocolate, it feels addictive. I will work on it.

I use to be a serious athlete with frequent participation in tennis, basketball, running, and biking. My goal is to get back to my super fit self. 811RV sounds to be the most optimal way to do it. What is the best way to build lean muscle? I am still working to develop the inner resolve to really do 811 correctly to derive maximum benefit.

What has led you to find and implement 811? It is great to have more knowledge of what creates health. Until I apply it consistently, it does not mean much.

It is very valuable to have so much information on this board.

Much gratitude to Dr D and everyone here!
