Was raw vegan about 4 years.. 811 about 1 year.. then went off... and was slipping around..
Back on 2 weeks.. solid.
Lots of stress - financial.
55yrs of age very soon.
Exercise.. for about 4 or 5 years had a very strong fitness program which included racewalking, other cardio and weight training..at the gym..
Went off it.. depression.. and haven't been on it for over about 2 years.. Starting back exercising again.. Got Roger Haeske program of deep knee bends and push ups.. Have a gym membership which I haven't used for a long time. Would like to drop it but it is $10.00 a month. Also have a rebounder.. Don't know if I need to be using machines or bar bells... for my bones..

Thanks.. Worried about this.. Sister has osteoporsis.. which she helped using liquid calcium and joining Curves..
