The cake gave you the WONDERFUL gift of realizing it is just filling a void...that void will eventually disappear - just need to keep trucking forward - you did great work by getting in touch with your mind and emotions around it - it is so powerful...it is really cool when we overcome those mental addictions (and the first step is realizing they are there - like you did today!) :-)
