You get plenty of calcium in a proper 811 diet (includes greens and someovert fats). I believe sesame or sunflower seeds are also high in calcium. I believe greens are the biggest suppliers. The big thing is that when you give up dairy and animal foods your body stops leeching calcium from your bones in trying to alkalize the blood, since the animal foods are so acidic. Thus you already are at a calcium advantage on 811... Strong bones are built just like muscle, by exertion and exercise mostly. This is very important. I believe those exercises yiu mentioned would be just fine to stay with. Some more expert exercise gurus may chime in with further commentary.
