Subject:         CALCIUM intake.. How to get enough?? Dr D??

I am concerned about osteoporosis. I am close to or on the border of it. My questions:

How do I get enough in the 811 program? I have been told I need at least 1200. Do rawvegans need less?

Strength exercises? Do I need to keep my membership at the gym? Can I just do Roger Haeske's deep knee bends and pushups and other exercises at home plus raceewalking? I do have a rebounder also.
