What do I know now that I wish I had known? THAT IT'S A LOT EASIER GOING RAW THAN I CREDITED MYSELF FOR! I've spent an awful lot of time questioning, experimenting, rejecting, and "rewriting" Doug's book (with my OWN way). Then, one day, fatigue and frustration kick in and you finally just DO it!
