If the only non-811 food is chocolate and potatoes your doing well. Chocolate would be the first thing to eliminate as you probably already know it's toxic, it has chemicals in it that damage your nerves, depending on your choice in chocolate it probably has refined sugar in it, maybe dairy, most definitely it has rat / mouse excrement (you can check this out for yourself - there is an allowable amount when chocolate arrives into the country). Potatoes are a starch but you can replace them with some ripe bananas or plantain. Try to reduce the chocolate and / or potatoes a little every day until you are eating so little of them you'll be wondering why you eat them at all. Make sure you replace them with a fruit that you love and buy lots of it. One thing to try when you are eliminating them is to give yourself the 'treat' of having a piece of chocolate once every week, like on Friday night. Then try to go to once every 2 weeks. Then once every 3 ... before you know it you'll forget it and strive for a better selection. Of course YMMV.
