Well I can't speak for any other raw foodies but I definitely think you need to adjust your diet. As described, your intake contains a huge amount of sugar, a very small amount of the same sorts of nutrients and almost no protein; I am guessing this is what's causing your slugishness. Your body is burning through that sugar and crashing.(As an aside: it is really dangerous to blame all negative physical feelings on the "detox" response. Yes, your body does go through this period but that doesn't mean that you should ignore clear physical symptoms. How your body feels, matters.)

That said, you need to be eating way more vegetables, sprouted seeds and nuts and, in general, a much more complex and diversified diet. Raw foods is not just about avoiding processed, dead matter, it is about actively consuming the greatest possible array of different, naturally ocurring, living foods. Add back in raw granola and nut milk, salads full of kale, sea vegetables and sunflower seeds, essene breads, and zuchini pastas etc.

There are a number of really great cookbooks and guides to give you a better idea of how to adapt to this "cooking" style. My favorites are "Life Food Recipe Book" by David Jubb and Juliano's "Raw: The Uncook Book."

Good Luck.
