I get my B12 from fermented foods like rejuvelac and sauerkraut. Rejuvelac is made from rye or wheatberries (I think others can be used as well.) If you don't do grains, I guess you won't do those. I only eat sprouted grains. There is an enzyme inhibitor in unsprouted grains that a lot of people are allergic to. When the grain is sprouted, the enzyme inhibitor is gone.
