Calorie dense, low in water, easy to overdo. I use them, occasionally, like you, as a
snack, but not as a staple.

No fruit is better than any other. Your body does the flushing, not the foods. Fruits
(because they leave no toxic residue) are one of the few foods that do not engage the
body in current detoxification, and thus, allow the body to work on yesterday’s and last
week’s detox. By eating fruits, you get out of the way and let the body do its cleansing
like it wants to. Cooked foods, and other pathological items, require the body to focus
its healing energy on the immediate toxicity, diverting it from long-term healing.

>>what about carrot juice?

We prefer to eat whole foods, not juices. Citrus juice is the exception.
