Trish,

Keep reading all you can, and hold on to the good things you find in them.

Usually there are signs when someone is leading us to a pitfall. Mr. Wolfe gave us a big one when he launched his career by putting his name on another's work.

Dr. Graham taught many of the luminaries in the raw food world. He is disappointed that folks he has taught are using the banner of raw foods, to lead health seekers down supplement alley, in order to cash in on them. He is disappointed that they continue publishing books, after they have left the path taught in those books, leaving folks trying to follow what the authors realized is a failing path. He is disappointed that they promote high fat diets that health organizations have repeatedly proven counter productive to health and well being.

Take it or leave it (from bad boy who is trying to be good). I'm attempting to save my friends on this board from wasting time and money and health. Stick with someone who has training and who has proven over time what he is teaching.

Love Mr. Wolfe, but (in my opinion) you're doing yourself a good turn if you leave his high fat diet and his toxic supplements alone.
