I agree with removing the cause instead of treating the symptomts, but
when the cause of our health concern is deficiences in various nutrients, I don't see how filling up with those much needed nutrients in the form of fresh-squeezed juices from ecologically grown veggies and fruits can be a bad thing.

Well, if juice is considered refined, so could blended foods. We aren't born with blenders anymore than juicers. Also, to get for example orange juice we don't need a juicer, we could squeeze it by hand.

And as I state in my post above, I don't necessarily see juicing as a way of life, but a way to assist the body in restoring health.
