No offence meant, but I think you have a huge defective problem that will bring you a lot of troubles, IMHO
You're not able to discern between the substance and the looking.
Somewhat you believe that if one is serious, educated and he knows his science he must be "standard" "boring" "normal" in the way he choose what to wear, and the way he choose his haircut, in the way he speaks and talks. and whatever.
Just remember that the "allopathic" medical looking has been designed to intimidate, confuse or just for aseptic environment.
The fact that a doctor is looking like all the other doctors in a standard studied way is a great quack watcher, as these people are known in school to just read and obey to what they read, they are not taught to question or find the truth by themselves; just few statement without any valuable explanation and they just HAVE TO KNOW THAT'S THE TRUTH.
So, when you know that a doctor is acting, looking, or speaking like all the doctors of this world, you know that is apathetic and lack of serious proof from learned-by-heart statements has been transmitted to his/her life.
When the person is boring you know that even is instruction is boring, when a person is standardized in his/her way of talk, in his looking and so on, you know that even his/her instruction was standardized.
You can't really expect to find innovative, original scientifically sensible information from a standardized taught doctors, as to know the truth and have original insight a doctor must be a curious, inquiring, intelligent person; that kind of person that if you say "see, this is red" he/she responds "I don't believe it, I want the proof" and read, read, read for month just to find the missing link in a study.
A person like this is not standard and therefore he/she doesn't use anymore a standard intimidatory look, tone of voice, and so on. Some of the greatest genius in this world have been strange looking, weirdo or peculiar people.
very few of that genius that discovered important scientific truths have been jacket-and-tie people.
Many of them were dreamers, isolated, impulsive and instinctive.
What they wore, what they used to tell, what they did in presence of other people was strange and peculiar but when it was the moment to explain their science they know how to do it in a "professional" manner without the need to change their cloths.
David Wolfe is not the right person to consult to get serious scientific evidences, demonstrations but that has nothing to do with his hair, cloths or whatever.

There's a reason why children are taught this proverb, so that they don't make the error you're doing by judging from one's looking. Here in the north there are some allopathic doctors that after doing some researches they understood that what they learned was all wrong and they started really studying science and reviewing all studies without taking for granted other's conclusions on that study.
Eventually they founded an Association for the "Medicine Honesty"
They suggest a vegan diet for health, and they're more scientific now than before.
Allopathic kowledge is not scientific, it's just a repeated parrot-like series of useless notion based on incomplete and superficial
information or conclusion of studies without any wish to find the truth or the WHY about what they learn, only when one abandon the allopathic system and start reviewing studies and attending up-to-date courses his/her knowledge become really scinetific.
Well, many of these doctors used to wear only "white coat", thet always put no emotion in their tone and acted like people who live in an aseptic place.
Once they became TRUE SCIENTIST, once they knew TRUE SCIENCE, once they started to UNDERSTAND THE SUPERFICIAL ERRORS AND THEREFORE THE TRUE CONCLUSION ABOUT WHAT THEY STUDIED, they also became "I'M UNIQUE AND NOT STANDARD" people, and put away their withe coat. You've been brainwashed by the RESPECFUL startegy of allopathic medicine to INTIMIDATE others, so now you believe that short hair and
a white coat are symbols of seriety, while for those who really know science they're RIDICOLOUS symbols and they're the symbols of the
apsetic fear of germs that it's a ridiculous hoax without any serious science behind.
