Thanks for your recommendations. Paying $15 for the book is much more affordable. "Succeeding Socially on a Raw Food Diet - CD" would help me as well, thanks. I did not find the audio tape with the science behind his thinking. The two above will be very helpful to me. It's not possible for me to purchase the DVD set at this time. Thanks so much!!!
