"Have you read "Naked Chocolate"?" (No, I haven't, and my post wasn't intended to be a book review of "Naked Chocolate". It was, instead, a brief look at some of the chemical compounds found in cacao and their effects on the human body. Regardless of the contents of "Naked Chocolate," the fact remains that these compounds exist and that they affect the human body in the fashions enumerated in my post.) "What school did you study chocolate in?" (I'm not sure where or how you developed the idea that one needs to study chocolate in school in order to be familiar with textbook knowledge and basic bio-chemistry, but we did touch briefly on some of these issues when I was in pre-med. My schooling isn't particularly relevant, considering that the information I provided is common knowledge and widely available.) "I am not convinced that your research is accurate." (That's okay, it should be easy enough for you to verify whether or not what I stated is accurate, if you're so inclined.) "I'd like to read the source." (If you take the time and energy to research chocolate you will find, as I mentioned above, that this is not "privileged" information, or "hard-to-come by" knowledge. This is standard knowledge. Any textbook or lab analysis covering the subject will reveal exactly what I've stated.) Have an awesome day...:):)
