Dr. D, Michell A, et al.

Thanks for comments and reply about chocolate. Yeah I feel very mild effect when I eat those. It make sense that those effect are actually body working "overtime" to cleanse/remove/detox those "foreign substances" that does not belong to our bodies and it is "wasted energy" in any shape or form.

The longer one been on optimal diet (i.e. 811rv), the more sensetive he/she gets when digesting those "foreign substances". Even though I been on raw food diet for past 6 months (still call myself a rookie), I notice I get more sensetive of what I eat. At recent graduation party I atteneded, I made salad using whatever raw stuff they have (catered by Don Pablo's) but I knew they are not organic and then later in the evening, I can feel some effect in my forehead (like very very light headache, at least I just feel some effect) so I knew there was foreign substance that my body is trying to detox/cleanse.

In short, it does make sense.

Then why in the world would those well-known and respected author of "Naked Chocolate" go extra mile promoting raw cacoa beans as "SuperFood" even worse "Food of the Gods". His reputation is at stake. Has he being bitten by lure of the bottom line rather than greater good for the human race?

It is hard for one to get credibility of someone after some time and easy to lose it quickly. I am developing good credibility with people here and however the final answer/the bottom line is to trust our own brain in terms of making sense and coming to the conclusion ourselves.

I am so glad I joined the board here and share with bright people here who focus on greater good for the human race.

The secret is that there is no secrets. Just eat food we found in the nature that taste great to us which happens to be mostly fruits and some veggies and little nuts/avos/coconnuts. I always thought that cows eating grass must taste awesomely great for them but not for us. Ditto for vultures eating dead carass must taste great for them. Every species have thier optimal diet and that completes the entire food chain on planet Earth.
