I haven't yet read the 'Naked Chocolate' however I think that the cocoa beans are not the bad thing in chocolate - the sugar, the milk and all those chemicals are the bad ingredients.
Don't see anything 'cooked' or poisonous in the cocoa beans........ maybe I need glasses........
