I see that there is different views on chocolate in raw food community. David Wolfe with Suzzie just came out a new book called "Naked Chocolate" and tells more about coca beans, especially top quality raw organic ones being one of best foods. I did buy bag of peeled coca nibs and did enjoy making some chocolate recpies from "Naked Chocolate" book (the cinnamon roll is one of my favorite, so do mint choc "ice cream"). So I am curious what is view about those coca beans here. Thanks
