One of my original points was that grains to raw foodists is like meat and cheese to traditional vegans, which does not seem right. In essence, you are implying that grains are as bad or worse for you as meat and cheese. This is why I said your group seems like it should not even be in vegsource, since all the other groups encourage whole grains. We all know that the SAD with 50% meat and dairy is much more harmful than a vegan diet including whole grains, but raw-foodist dogma has us believing otherwise. If humans weren't meant to eat grains--and did not eat any before the Neolithic Era--but did indeed eat meat and fish, then your group should probably consider animal products OK or even less bad for you than grains. Do you get my point? If you were stranded on an island and had a choice, would you rather eat whole cooked grains or cooked and raw animal parts? You have me believing you would rather eat the animals, which makes you less vegan than cooked-food vegans who eat grains.
