Today I hit the gym at 5am!! my first and my goal.. I did a pre warm-up on the elliptical for 15 minutes.. I then did 25-30 minutes with weight and a machine for my bi and tric's, followed by 35 minutes of elliptical without holding onto the sides and holding my core straight ahead!! that was great for abs!!
I picked my niece up at the airport and we very fast paced walked around the Lake in Minneapolis which was 3.1 miles..

I thought about going for a walk tonight... but I am tired... I ended up only getting a little over 5hrs of sleep last night.. Laid down late this afternoon to try to take a nap but can not fall asleep.. darn..

I ate my first meal at 11:00am and had 11 bananas!!
2nd meal was at 2:30am.. and had watermelon.. 4 cups.. (too tired)
3rd meal I had 3 Florida navel oranges cut into small pieces onto 1 1/2 heads(?) of romaine lettuce with 4 stalks of celery cut up into it.. yummy... Is oranges a good food combination with celery and romaine??? Does any fruit work with those greeens??

gee.. I could never imagine eating 400kg of greens.. chuckles.. my jaws would hurt!! Tomorrow I need to go to the store and buy more romaine!!! yummm..
