Lately I have been craving cauliflower a lot. I've been giving in to this craving and eating it a couple times a week since it is considered an acceptable vegetable on 8/1/1rv. However, I have to admit that I was a little concerned that the craving may have been "old-addiction-based" because I don't normally crave cauliflower like this, or at least I hadn't since going 8/1/1 over a year ago. But it totally makes sense that our desire for certain veggies will come and go throughout the year, depending on what's available. I have had this happen with spinach as well, to where it's the only green I want to eat for weeks on end. Now it makes sense. So I will stop worrying and enjoy my cauliflower!

Thanks for this insight, Dr. D!

Jacky
