Hell yeah it is worth it but what you should do is follow the following advice. when you are in the handstand position with the push up bars, instead of trying to do a full shoulder push up, lower yourself till your arms are into e.g. a 45 degree angle and hold it for 3 minutes. It will hurt, but it will build strength for you to bang out those extra reps. If you cant hold for 3 minutes straight away, dont be frustated, just keep trying and go straight into the normal handstand pushups and see if you can do 12 reps. i doubt it. One!
