I like what Jake said. I'm in the active, mucho calorie catagory, too, and banana shakes for lunch are a staple for me. Right now, since berries are not happening here, it's just bananas and celery. And yes, celery is an important addition to the diet. My shakes are about the ratio Jake said, sometimes a couple more stalks of celery if i've been sweating a lot that day, and sometimes i use water from mature coconuts as the base instead of h20 - very tasty. And also what tanawana said about the low fats is important. I've noticed that as people get more into 811rv, they naturally notice that fats during the day slow them down, and switch to fats in the evening, or not at all for days at a time.
