Hi. Thanks for your message. Yesterday was my first full raw day. For dinner, I had the big salad and also a fruit/nut blended shake; breakfast was the fruit/nut shake, and lunch was lots of fruit. It felt great and I felt completely satisfied. I woke up feeling better than normal. For now, I think I'll just keep trying this combination of fruit, salads, and shakes.
I notice that you all mention celery a lot. I'll have to start buying some. I'd sort of forgotten about it over the years. Tanawana, what other veggies should I include in the big salad apart from leaves and tomatoes and celery?
